Our representatives on site assure at all times the observation of the perfect interaction between the numerous participants in the event’s organizations, such as hotels, restaurants, and transportation, multimedia and other companies, engaged in the production of the event.

To assure the programme’s smooth running we provide the following services:

• Information desk in the hotel or conference center, where our representative informs the guests about the programme and meetings schedule, gives additional information about the leisure time possibilities
• Constant liaison with the hotels Conferences and Events Department, Food and Beverage Department, etc. to assure the smooth running of the event, the coffee breaks, lunches, Gala dinners
• Our representative on the spot to oversee all catering requirements during the conference
• We assure the supervision of the overall staging, audio-visual production and speakers, associated with the business presentations throughout the conference
• Supervision of the transfers, tours and team building activities, included in the programme
• Coordination of the arrangements for Partners programme tours
